  • Sage Knowledgebase: Access our online database with a powerful search engine to view articles ranging from troubleshooting errors to general payroll processes. Available 24/7, it is a great way for customers to easily get the answers they need. No waiting in call and chat queues anymore. Visit the Knowledgebase today! 
  • Community Hub: Have a question about your Sage product? Want to learn an advanced feature? Join one or more product support groups and ask your questions, collaborate, share experiences, and solve questions together. Visit the Sage Community Hub.
  • Webforms: This channel is best used to investigate complex inquiries to find solutions. Once your query has been received by the Sage team, users will receive a Reference number via email which ensures easy tracking of the query. Our dedicated web form team will respond within 4 hours (most often, much sooner than that). To log your query on Webform use our Sage portal
  • Telephone: This channel is mainly used for urgent to discussing complex issues (e.g. unable to access the application, unable to pay employees, unable to meet submission deadline). Talk to a technical support agent if you have very urgent or complicated inquiries Take note that due to the high demand during product outages and year-end
