How can we setup sage evolution enterprise to automatically log someone out after some time of no activity?

We have limited licences and some users at our branches forget to sign out. \that leave other users not to be able to login.

Thank you

    Hi Roelf

You're asking a very good question. But no, Evolution currently doesn't have the ability to automatically kick out an agent after a predetermined amount of time.

That being said, you can always consider having such a feature developed by a third-party developer, in the form of some sort of pre-scheduled trigger/stored procedures.

I'm thinking of having this foreign object set to run e.g. every 2-3 hours (using the MS SQL built in, or Windows Scheduling utility) as it looks specifically for any user inactivity and then logs out those agents it found.

    Kind Regards
