Inventory Unit of Measure Not Updating

Hi,

When I tried to upload the inventory using Sage Evaluation Data Distribution Services I was able to upload the inventory. But I couldn't update the Unit of Measure(UOM) for each Item. Here the UOM for the below fields didn't update.

1. Stocking Unit

2. Default Purchase Unit

3. Default Sale Unit

Please help to sort this issue.

Good Day Dominic

Concerning the issue being encountered with importing UOM settings for your inventory items via the Data Distribution Services, on the import file being used ensure that the column 'Unit of Measure' is included. The column 'Unit of Measure' value must be set to '1' for UOM items.

Can you kindly retry the import with these details to determine if the UOM settings are now updated on the items?
