RETAIL POINT UPGRADE TO VERSION 9.20 ERROR ON TILL

Good day All,

We recently upgraded a Branch Accounting Site which also has retail Point of Sale from 7.00.207 to Version 9.20.

When the Till operator tries to Scan a barcode this is the error they are getting. Anyone who has experienced this before?  This is happening on all the tills at all branches.

    Hi Bennie,

    The had duplicates in the barcodes table, we just deleted those and the error was gone. but we are having new Issues now.

    1. When they are doing A customer Return on the till the prices are not showing. 
    2. Verify DB runs after every branch sync on the Head Office thus making the whole process slow in V9, is there a way to stop Verify DB or speed it up?
    3. Barcode Labels arent pulling the prices.

    We not sure now whats the issue here.
