Not sure at all since Evolution Development has not tested it on a Windows 10 Educational edition. SO it may perhaps be risky running Evolution on that edition.

Can i install "Evolution version 7.20.2" on windows 10 Pro 32 bit or windows 10 Pro 64 bit ?

Since Evolution is a 32 BIT application it really shouldn't make a difference performance wise being installed on either a 32 BIt vs 64 Bit Windows OS edition.
