I have sent you an email yesterday upto now no response the client is on my nick as they can't not create any batch in the system. Please assist as soon as possible

Hi Mike, I have responded a bit earlier today on your current Sage Evolution query.
From this point forward lets please only communicate via e-mail and/or remote session and no longer via Sage City. as it becomes confusing to handle your query on two different platforms.
