The all important 'Admin' agent of any Evolution company is the primary, agent administrator rights agent that is automatically created when any new Evolution company is created.
It's used, among others, to create and maintain all other agents' access permissions and Evolution screens/nodes they should have access to.
If you don't have any other Administrator rights agent/s and lose/forgets the Admin agent's password, a certain procedure needs to be followed to reset it again.
