Fixed Assets integration into Partner issue

Question

Hi, I am having an issue where a client is running Fixed Assets and Partner V19. The SDK is installed and registered but when the journal batch is generated from the workstation, it keeps asking for a registration of the SDK. As mentioned...it is registered on the local machine. 
 What else can be the issue here?

Hello Maden, 
 Thank you for your query, Is the SDK registered in both Partner and Evolution? i suspect that the latest partner SDK or dll is not licensed and registered hence the issue encountered.  Use the option 'Log a support request via web form' located at the bottom left (second option) hand side of the screen. 
 NB: Use google chrome for the web form.
