Yes, any document mailed form Sage Evolution can be mailed, cc'ed and bcc'ed, No problem.

Look at Evolution version 10.1 and you'll see these mailing options immediately  after closing the Print Preview (if your e-mailing option is activated on docuemnts)

I am using version 7.20, i am asking if the system can by default on every invoice/quote that is sent also cc or BCC another email address without the user having to enter in the email address?

O, sorry I understand you now

In that case, the answer is unfortunately no. The user must manually select the main, CC and BCC e-mail addresses.

At least he can make use of the drop down on the right of each e-mail address field for Customer, Supplier, People,  and Agent
