RPOS printer settings

Hi There

We have setup RPOS on 6 counters.

We are struggling after choosing a receipt printer to choose another type of printer under the RPOS Till config application

once you have chosen a printer for receipts and invoices, the printer drop down hangs and you cannot choose another printer again.

I do not know how to reset this option if any advise available

    I think the best way forward will be for this query to be properly logged on our internal CRM system so that we can assign an incident reference number to it and it be properly researched and troubleshooted further.
