You can export your trial balance to excel, then prepare the journal batch import file from that information and import into the new company. However the accounts should exist in the other company - in which case you can import the accounts first if they dont exist.

If you are using standard COA you can import using DDS. I have inserted the how to documentDDS.pdf

Yes using Standard COA.  However, cannot find the EvolutionDDS.exe.  Using Sage Evolution 200.

Okay. If you right click on your main Evolution icon, and choose open file location, it should be there. Confirm that when you installed your Evolution, you installed everything.

My mistake!  I was doing it on client machine. 

Yes I got the EvolutionDDS.exe on server and having a look.
