Cashbook Import Error - Object Was Open Error

SOLVED

Has anyone ever seen this error before when importing a cashbook batch.

I have tried the solutions in this knowledge base article with no joy.

    I noted the KBA you linked to this query include advise about deleting the Registry Key (among others_ and you already done so, correct?

    If you applied all the advice in the KBA, please log a new query with Sage Evolution Support for my attention so that we can formally investigate and fix your query on an official incident.
