Sage Evolution Bank Manager Incorrect Mapping

Good day. 

I have a client that is having trouble with their Bank Manager. 

When uploading a statement, one user is being affected with an incorrect mapping, where it allocates one account incorrectly to multiple entries.

This seems to happen randomly and only to one specific user. This mapping is not consistent with the description nor reference and it appears multiple times on one upload, 

Checks that I have done:

Uploaded the same csv file from the server using the Admin account and I did not have this issue. 

Uploaded the file from the server using this agents login and i did not have this issue

I cleared the Agent registry on his PC and retried and problem still persists. 

Checked the SQL Table _btblCbMatchRules and there is no row with the account on there.

Is there any place else that I need to check that may be holding this mapping for this user?
