Duplicate Customers

Good Day. 

I am having an issue on Sage Evolution Version 7.10.0.86

There seems to be a certain customer that has duplicated (Customer ID as well). 

I am aware that if this happens to the Inventory Items, then there is a duplicate row on the Pricelistprices table. 

i am trying to figure out what could cause the customer to duplicate in this manner? 
I have checked the Delivery address tables and all seems to be in order. 

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
