Greetings Team,

We are having issue when printing voucher management reports. The computer default printer is set for A4 paper size but Sage Evolution Voucher Management is defaulted to use Letter size paper. So, user had to manually change every time he wishes to print into A4 paper size.

When the user leaves the settings to letter size, its takes like 5mins for the document to stay on print job queue until it is printed or sometimes it piles up a batch of print jobs causing the printer to freeze.

I have already set the Print Options in the Voucher Management Account Payable Report Options to use Printer Paper Size by default but nothing is affected once printing vouchers.

Kindly advise the way forward.
