Sage 200 VM only showing for admin and not any other users after upgrade from V7 to V10.1

After Upgrading from V7 to V10.1, VM was completely not showing for. I followed some steps by running a script on the DB as showed from one of the discussions, them uninstalled VM V10.1 and installed VM V10.1.1.013 which resolved issues with VM. I also managed to get VM enabled from utilities as shown by the same profile. After making all these changes, finally VM is loading but surprisingly only loads and works for Admin. if i login as an admin from any other PC, VM will work fine as intended but on the same PC, if i log in as that user, VM is not loading. i have checked all roles and permissions for users, everything is fine and VM should load and work as expected. i have run out of ideas to solve this issue. even though i change the role of a user to as admin, still VM is not loading.

I need help on how to resolve this issue. any assistance will be highly appreciated.

    Please download  Voucher Management install version 10.1.0.0.014 which  resolves the issue of VM not loading.

    This version is available on the FTP site under 10.1 Evolution folder.
