Please note the following: 

A) Tax Type: 

The Retail POS till operator cannot change the transaction line Tax Type within the Retail POS Invoice, Return screen at all.

The Tax Type is controlled within the Evolution company on the relevant Customer Maintenance, at the bottom of the screen: Tax Type selection.

B) Tax Inclusive vs Tax Exclusive capturing method

On the Retail POS Transaction screen, click the Settings button and in this screen select the Tax Display Mode option: Inclusive or Exclusive as required.
