SAGE 200 v 10.1.2.005 INSTALLATION VM AND INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION ERROR CODE 1612

Am trying to make fresh installation of Sage 200 Evolution.10.1.2.005 but I always get some error on Voucher Management and Inventory optimization  as per image below.

I have tried to lower UAC and disable antivirus but it didn't make any effects on installation

You may find that the exact wording on the attached KBA is not exactly the same as your error message but I have an idea it may resolve your query.
