Your error message looks like a typical network connection issue.
Can you therefore first focus establishing if the network is stable? Especially between the server and those affected PC's
Also, is the Evolution network perhaps working on a fixed line or wireless network?

At first I thought the same but, I decided to test sage on this laptop as a standalone (installed sage and mssql on the same laptop) the problem persists. Only happen on voucher other models work perfectly
