1. Open MS Outlook | File | Options | trust Centre

2. In here open the Trusted Publishers, take a screenshot and paste it on this chat, such as per my example below

I think the best course of action in this case is to consult with your local IT technicians.

They need to assist you to figure out why the Sage related components  marked above are also not listed in this screen. 

There is really no setting whatsoever within Evolution that you can apply to get Sage to be listed above. The only avenue is to get your IT technician to resolve this matter.

If you're successful to get it resolved, can you please provide an update?

From an IT perspective, we've looked at it from every avenue and we still do not have a fix.

The only thing I can think of now is that there's a Sage Security Certificate that we do not have.

Do you know of such a certificate?

Please confirm your exact Evolution version/build under Help | About
