Can someone please assist me on how I can integrate my Sage 200 Evolution to my email so that i can be email straight from the system.

Do you perhaps have MS Outlook locally installed on the workstations?
If yes, you can do the following:
1. Login with agent Admin
2. Go to Administration | System Configuration | System Wizard | E-mail tab
3. In here select the MS outlook option
4. When done, click the Finish button at the bottom and close/re-open the company.
Else, if you're using some kind of SMTP E-mail service, then please consult with your local IT support to select the SMTP option on the top in here and complete the rest of the fields on this screen.

Trust all well on your side.
I upgraded from Evolution Version 7.30 to Version 11.1 and now I am not able to send emails out of evolution. I have done the steps as below and also tried to put in the SMTP settings with no luck. It just keep saying Email Failed.

Please confirm the following:
What is your company's general/main e-mailing application? E.g. Outlook locally installed as part of MS Office?
Or is it only some kind of SMTP (not a locally installed e-mailing system such as GMAIL?

I use Outlook. I have set it up now with the SMTP settings and when I do the test mail on Evo settings it test correctly but the mails does not goes thru to the recipient.

Please send me a screenshot of the Administration | System Configuration | System Wizard | Email tab.
Also, when you try to e-mail any invoice, GRV, report, etc. out of the Evolution company, you mention the 'Email Failed.' error above. Please send me a screenshot of the error.
