Thank you for the information as well as the link. However the password provided in the PDF file doesn't seem to work. It keeps prompting me for a password despite repetitive submission of the password.

I've just tested the connection n my side using the exact same login details as provided in the article and its working perfectly on my side

Therefore, please chat with your local IT technician and also perhaps your local Internet Service Provider to remove any access issues to any FTP sites.

We know that certain ISP's may block access to FTP site due to security concerns

I find it very strange that this could be related to ISP possibly blocking access to FTP sites. It's only yesterday when I was given access to ftp.sageerp.co.za which is a portal for Sage 300 Business Partners without any issues. I was able to successfully download a 5.47GB file. Even this I only had to do because Sage South Africa has recently made some security changes to their FTP site which I had always had access to it.

I revisited the setting up of a "new FTP connection site profile" and deleted the initial one I had created. I can now report that it's working and am already downloading Sage 200 v10.1.3.009. You can now close this support case.
