I tested your query on my own Evolution demo company and here is my steps and results:

1. Open a new Purchase Order screen

2. Click Open button on the top left

3. Find a processed Sales Order and double click on the SO record line on the grid

4. Complete the PO transaction lines, select a Supplier on the top and process the PO

5. Run the Linked Purchase Orders report - its filters accommodates the  above date etc.

6. Message is displayed: "There are no records to print"

Going forward:
Please log this matter as a potential software bug so that it can be resolved.

I don't think this matter has officially been logged yet as a potential software bug

It has nothing to do with reserved quantities as I was able to create the message when printing the Linked Purchase Orders report  "There are no records to print", without using any reserved quantities.
