Batch already checked out

Please assist with this problem. When trying to open a journal batch, a warning message indicating that the batch is already checked out to an agent, but the agent has logged off and still this message. We tried restarting the server and this did not solve the issue.

    Hi Gregson

    Just to be sure the following steps have been applied in your case:

    1. ALL users logged out of all Evolution companies (not just minimizing Evolution) 

    2. Open MS SQL Management Studio 

    3. Right click on the relevant MS SQL Server instance and restart it.

    Have these steps been applied? If not, please perform them and advice the outcome after logging back into the Evolution company
