To add to this, I crossed the above error and even upgraded to v11.

The stage I am stuck at is attached here. 

After the upgrade, Sage ran GL / Orders and other Relinks. In my case, it is stuck at Master Projects transaction check and I can't seem to get this finished. I had same issue when I had successfully upgraded to v9.10. But I continued upgrading to v11. But here I am again stuck at the same place.

Any ideas, please assist.

Do you have a backup just before upgrading to Evolution version 11?
And what is the backup Evolution version?

Sure.

I had 3 main showstoppers while upgrading to v9.10: 

1. The first error I got was, cannot insert duplicate key row: This relates to a duplicate item code sitting in a warehouse. I studied the error and found that’s what the error is. So I fixed it.
2. At about 85% of the upgrade, I received another error where Evolution was trying to insert null values but the table was restricting it. So I had manually “allowed null”
3. The last error was after login, Evolution tried to relink various routines. At first round, it did not complete for more than an hour. I killed it. Reran the procedure, and this time it went through in nearly 40-50min.

I managed to upgrade from 7.20 to v11 in a Dev environment.
