Application Freezes on Printing Invoice, PO, SO etc

Dear Team,

I am facing this issue with Sage 200 Evolution Ver. 10.1.3.006. Whenever I try to print Invoice or Sales Order or Purchase Order etc. Application freezes and becomes unresponsive.

Your expertise are required in this regard.

    Hi Murtaza

    Please confirm the following:

    1. Is this matter observed on all users' PC', or perhaps only at specific users? If unsure, please test and let me know.

    2. Was it working fine earlier? If Yes, please confirm what recently changed

    3. This issue may be printer driver related as Evolution start communicating  with the local printer driver as soon as you even want to do a print preview only Please uninstall and re-install the printer driver, test the outcome and provide feedback on this post.
