Sage 200 Evolution Advanced Procurement Email alerts not sending

I have implemented advanced procurement for a client.

Email notifications are generated but they remain stuck in the outbox folder. They don't get sent to the respective agents in the workflow. 

I have set my schedule to Time interval, 

I am not sure where to look. Kindly help

    I just first need to confirm:

    Is it the e-mails being sent from the Alert Management Data Driven event that get stuck in the Outbox?


    And are there any e-mails that are sent from the Advanced Procurement module (which also has a built-in e-mailing feature)?

    If Yes, is sending these emails fine?
