Please confirm the following with regard to your Evolution reporting error:

1. Sage Evolution version?

2. Are all users observing the same error when they generate AP and AR reports, or are some users running the reports without any issue/error?

3. Is this error perhaps only observe on random occasions or every time the AP and AR reports are generated?

4. Were the AP and AR reports running fine earlier, or was this error always observed?

5. If working fine earlier, what recently changed on the network? E.g., Evolution upgrade, Evolution server upgrade etc. 

6. Are you using Offline- or Online Branch Accounting?
