Just to be certain, if you apply step 7 in the article that you linked to this chat (manually delete the blank records), for at least one example item that is duplicated on the  Inventory | Maintenance | Inventory Items grid, do you then see that the duplication for that item is resolved?

Hi Benny, yes it does solve the issue, my main concern is that there are a couple thousands items that this would have to be done to.

In that case, the only practical solution should then be to

1) Either consult with your local Evolution Business Partner to fix this query, or

2) Log this query with Evolution Support using the link below.

In both cases, it comes down to a potential chargeable data fix including compiling and running an update SQL script/s to accomplish it.
