Invalid allocations error on Forex customer

Hi Citizens,

Our client is on version 10.1.1.001

They are trying to allocate a payment to an fx customer but the system is returning an invalid allocations found error.

We have two issues here;

1. We are unable to trace which particular transaction is wrongly allocated.

2. When we attempt to unallocate, the option to unallocate is greyed out so we cannot do anything.
