Service manager Edit End of Contracts sage 200 Version 11.05

Dear All

We upgraded to sage version 11.05 and we have a problem in editing the contact end in service Manager contracts. anyone have a clue on the same. remember am logged in Administrator in the same and its not the issue of rights. Please find below

    Hi Benard

    Please do the following:

    1. Close Evolution on the local PC

    2. Open the Control Panel | Region

    3. In here set up the Short Date format to be: dd/mm/yyyy and save your setting 

    4 Open the Evolution company and test if your query has been resolved.

    Please provide feedback on your findings

    Consider the following explanation of the Service Manager Contracts feature has been designed.:

    1. On a Contract Template (TEMP-CON-2023), the Review Period and Contract Lenght has been set to be 100 days 

    2. A new Contract is created by linking it to the above Contract Template

    3. Today's date = 13/06/2023

    4. The new COntract takes 13/06/2023 s its default Creation Date and Start Date values

    5. According to the Contract template, 100 days is the period for both the Review Date and End Date

    5. Therefore, the Review Date and End Date = 20 Sep 2023 (all good because that is 100 days from 13/06/2023)

    BUT: I THINK, WE MAY HAVE A SOFTWARE BUG HERE:

    Even if I change the Creation Date or Start Date, Evoluton then does not adjust the Review Date/End Date!

    That means it seems highly inflexible and is not working as expected.

    Going Forward:

    Please log this matter as a potential software bug with Evolution Support using the following link:
