Customer Master- Grid Issue

Did anyone face any issue in AR Master Grid after updating to V11.0.3???

Am busy with replying my end users calls and trying to a find a quick solution for this, in this company DB unable to search, filter or save grid , all these results to a blank customer master window and then we have to refresh the tree or log off and login, it will be much helpful if someone can give me any suggestion or fix for this, thanks in advance..

    Hi Bennie,

    It was a simple as one your support person suggested, uncheck that 'Use Server mode grid' check box in the Performance tab under explorer option.

    But that didn't solved my Administration- Utilities issues, this window also taking too much time even for admin as well, tried with multiple pc/ multiple user and for multiple company as well, much appreciated if you can suggest something on this..
