Yes, it is indeed possible to migrate/convert your Sage 50cloud Pastel Partner company to Sage 200 Evolution

Do the following to accomplish it

1. Go to the following site:

          https://thymeupdates.webredirect.org/

2. In here, you'll notice you can convert from Partner to Evolution 7.20 or 9.20

3. Download the relevant conversion utility install's version

4. Install it on the main Pastel Partner Server

5. Install both Evolution 7.20 or 9.20 (depending on your conversion utility downloaded), on the same server as the Pastel Partner server

6. Create a blank new Evolution company.

7. Open the newly installed Partner conversion utility and start the conversion.

For the Evolution beginner we strongly recommend getting direct assistance from your Evolution Business Partner to help you set it up and get you going, including running the conversion.

The Conversion utility is quite technical as you work through a Wizard to set up the conversion right before the actual conversion is running.
