Since around Evolution ver 10 we are no longer making use of the WhseStk table at all.

This is because a significant Inventory related table structure re-arrangement was introduced after ver 7.20.

But please confirm the following:

1. If you create a new stock item that is always a Warehouse Item, the new stock item at least still remains on the Inventory | Maintenance | Inventory Items grid, correct?

2. I've tested on my Evolution ver 11.1 demo company and I can see the Warehouse items on the 

3. Have you manually captured the warehouses or were they imported somehow?

4. Please also test in a newly created demo company and then update me on the outcome.  In this demo company capture all records to test with, no importing of records.

Hi Bennie, Thanks for the response.

I tested in a new demo company and it still does the same. All transactions were captured using the Evo GUI. The items do remain in the Inventory | Maintenance | Inventory Items grid yes.

I thought it might have been because the records didn't show up in WhseStk table but you've cleared that up for me. 

Is there a new table I can hit to see Item / QOH data?

Yes, this will be the  _etblStockQtys  table.

It provides all the quantity related values (e.g,, WIP and reserved) per stock item and warehouse.
