To customise your reporting you would need to make use of Accounting Intelligence reporting on Sage Business Cloud Accounting, formerly known as Sage One Accounting.

This is not an add on module. It is readily available on the system.

Sorry I should have specified using Sage 200 Evolution which has BIC and BIC ADV modules.

Yes, you would need to the Sage Intelligence Advanced module for your requirements:

With SI Advanced you can develop your own new customized report Container/s which can be made up of your own developed SQL queries.

And when you're done developing the report container/s, you further define the report development by using the SI Report Manager.
