FREEZING OF THE SYSTEM WHEN PROCESSING AN INVOICE

Greetings

I have come across an error as per subject states.

When the user process an invoice the system hangs or freezes and worse its causing other users on the system to fail to use system until the server is restarted.

NOTE: This started after upgrading from sage evolution version 7 to 10

There may be multiple reasons that can cause unexpected slowness and system freezing.
