In General Ledger Reports!

All figures are with 7 and more digits, when you bring them to 2-digits format in Excel,

there is always a small difference between Debit and Credit. Any Idea?

    Can you please elaborate a bit more?

    Please confirm the following:

    1. Evolution version?

    2. Exactly which GL Report/s are exported to Evolution?

    3. How exactly are you exporting the report to Excel?

    4. MS Office version?

    5. You stated the following:

    'All figures are with 7 and more digits'

    Do you mean they have 7 or more decimal values? 

    Please include a screenshot of the Excel report to illustrate further.
