Hi Winston 
 There is no specific access permission for this. However you can remove the Bank Reconciliation Node from the Agent's system tree 
 1. Go to Administration | Agent Administration | Agents 2. Select the Specific Agent and Edit 3. Go to System Tree | Expand General Ledger | Expand Transactions 4. Select Bank Reconciliation | Default | then Delete Node (Red and white button) 5. Select OK. The Bank Reconciliation Node will not appear on the Agent's side. If this agent is part of a group, then this must be done fo the group as well.
