If you have not already done, so, please do the following:
1. Close Evolution
2. Go to the local PC's Control Panel | Programs
3. First uninstall all add-on modules and then uninstall the main Evolution installation.
4. Go to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Evolution folder and delete it.
5. Restart the PC
6. re-install Sage Evolution.
Please update me on the outcome, whether positive or negative.

I have done all the steps and I'm still getting the same error, and the error is thrown amongst all users who use Bank Manager.

Please confirm the following:
1. Are you observing the same error even when working/logging onto the Evolution server P also (not on a workstation)?
2. Sage Evolution version?
3. Was it working fine before? If yes, what recently changed on the Evolution network? E.g., Evolution upgrade, Server change etc?

1. The issue is being observed bot on the local machines and the app server
2. Sage Evolution 11.0.6.0
3. The error started appearing after the an Evolution upgrade but after numerous attempts you could import the statement not it doesn't want to import at all.

Besides uninstalling and reinstalling (what you already did), I can't think of anything else you can try
