Are you referring to an online e-commerce kind of site where cusotmers can generate invoices where your products are being sold?

Nope e-invoicing for B2B sales in Europe. 
Some countries require invoices to be sent to government programs either through physical capturing or through API connections. 
I know SAP has this capability.

Is your company based in South Africa or Europe?

Also, is your query about the Evolution company 'talking' to another company with a different accounting package than Sage Evolution? Can you please elaborate on what you expect/require to be the outcome here? 

I can confirm that Sage 200 Evolution doesn't have a standard e-commerce or e-invoicing component/module.

However, with SDK or API integration anything is possible of course. Do you perhaps have a 3rd party developer that can help you to set it up?

The company is based in SA, but we would be starting a subsidiary that side. 
We could go the API route possibly, but it would be better if it had that module from the get go. 
To put it simply, all invoices and invoice data has to be sent to a government app in B2B instances. 

There is a possibility to capture them by hand, but if we are dealing with hundreds of items on a single invoice and dozens of invoices a day, it would be highly inefficient to do it that way.
