Inventory Enquiries Valuation by Date utility is not displaying on the enquires node.

So, just to confirm:

Is the 'Evolution Utilities' record not even available/listed at all on the Manage Extensions screen?

am only after inventory valuation by date i have not checked for others

Sorry, but I  fail to understand.

Is the 'Evolution Utilities' record listed within the Utilities | Manage Extensions | Manage Add-ins (button bottom left) screen (where Inventory Utilities is displayed in the screenshot) screen?

Yes or no?

The reason I'm asking is because your previous screenshot seems to indicate it's not there.

BUT you may need to scroll down using the scroll bar on the right of the screen to confirm it.

If you find the  'Evolution Utilities' record, please take ascreenhot of it and paste it into this post.

Now we know at east the Evolution Utilities add-in record is at least listed

Please confirm the following:

What is the version of Evolution?

Also, please do the following:

1. In this screen, click the Disable button next to the Inventory Stock Valuation, click the Disable button

2. Click the OK button at the bottom right of the screen.

3. The company should close and re-open.

4. Back in the above screen, click the Enable button this time.

5. Click the OK button at the bottom right of the screen.

6. The company should close and re-open.

7. Check if the Inventory Valuation by Date node is now back in the company or not.

What is the version of Evolution? 7.20

After clicking on enable, when the company refreshes this below error pops up. Also if you look at the status its showing DII Missing.

Please do the following to resolve your query:

1. Close Evolution on the local PC where the above issue is observed.

2. Open the Control Panel | programs and uninstall Sage Evolution and all add-on modules. Open this link for a detailed guide on how to achieve it.

3. Reinstall Sage Evolution.
