Please confirm the following:

1. Sage 200 Evolution version and build that you try to install?

2. IS the same issue observed on all PCs where you try to install?

3. Operating System version e.g. Windows 10 or 11?

4. Have you turned off the anti-virus and Windows Firewall on the local PC where you're installing?

5. Have you already restarted the local PC and try again to install?
