At least there are no limitations in terms of how many manual downloads to achieve per day.

Also, was this your Bank Feeds query just a once-off occurrence?

Hi, 

Yes once off. The user PC crashed half way through. I found the _btblCbStatement table holds the Cashbook lines. If we remove these for the batch number in question, you are able to re import lines. Give it a go. 
I also cleared my batch as well, as I wasn't sure what the user can see in the batch.
