I just want to make sure:
Are you referring to the Inventory | Transactions | Price Update Batches feature?

If yes, you're quite right: There is no option for UOM.

yes you are correct i meant ,Inventory | Transactions | Price Update Batches

If there is no option for UOM how can we update the Different prices for UOM and in DDS also there is no option. 

is there any HOT FIX?

I just want to add something that you may or may not have realised:

When using the Price Update Batch to change the selling price, as well as on the Item Maintenance screen, it is always the Stocking Unit value that Is changed.

For instance:

Item COKE has a Stocking Unit of 6-Pack, that consists of 6 Singles.

On the Price Update Batch the 6-Pack price gets updated and there is no way on the batch to also update the selling price of the Single unit 

But I'm investigating further

in the pricing tab for each item we have an option to change Price by UOM. but not included in the Price update batch.

Yes, quite right: You can change prices per specific UOM on the Item Maintenance | Pricing screen

But unfortunately, this is not possible at all on the Price Update batch

My suggestion:
Consider importing your prices per UOM using the Data Import module.

Also, please log this as a suggestion with Sage Evolution Support.
