unable to see transactions

I recently reinstalled Sage Evolution version 7 on a client's computer because they couldn't view the system tree. However, after the reinstallation, the user is unable to see transactions from the past four years. When I restore the database on my system, I'm able to see said transactions. Additionally, an error keeps popping up: "The system cannot find the file specified, ClassID: (75D543C3-44B4-4F9E-918D-6567A3141E58)."

    Please confirm the following:

    1. Is the above-mentioned error displayed on the client's computer or yours?

    2. Can you please past a screenshot of the error in this chat?

    3. What is the operating system and version of your client's PC as well as the Evolution server PC?

    4. Are all users on the network observing the same error on their own PCs when working in the same company?

    5. What is the exact Evolution version and build?
