Do you mean the Is Home Currency options and foreign currency related fields marked below are not displayed on the Voucher Management | Transactions | Voucher screen?

Yes, this works as per the design of Sage Evolution.

Also note:

As soon as you select a foreign currency Customer (with the Module option on AR), then only is the Is Home Currency option available.

If the module selection is on AP,  as soon as you select a foreign currency Supplier, will the Is Home Currency option be available.
