The best way forward would be to log this query with EvolutioN Support using the steps below.

Then the support consultant can take a closer look at your company data setup and provide a solution.

Log in to the Sage Portal (https://portal.sage.co.za/accounting)

Go to the Support | Log a Query (New)menu.
