Please accept my humble apologies for this late response.

If you'r eon Evolution version 7.10 or higher do the following

1. Go to Common | Maintenance | Company Details 

2. In here select the Accounting Periods tab

3. Click the 'Add Financial Year' button at the top of the screen

4. Click the OK button at the bottom to save the changes

5. rerun your report and this time you should notice the new financial year as added in step 3 above.

Thank you for your reply, but as you can see from my question (above), my Company Financial Years already run to 2020.  (From 2012 through to 2020, in fact.)

So - I'm afraid your answer doesn't help me at all.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Please do the following:

1) Run the FRD report

2) But on the stage where you can select the various Financial Years, click on the Year selection button and take a screenshot

3) Then respond to my response and insert your screenshot on this post
