Hidden Settings Tab in reports not pulling through information

SOLVED

When running the financial report - Cash Flow Evo (C51-03-3) or any other financial reports, the information in the hidden Settings sheet is not filled in.

I.E The CurrentYear, CurrentPeriod, FiscalPeriod columns are blank.

This happens on all the databases and on all the computers.

    Hi Tammy

Are these "live" databases?  This scenario usually occurs when the database does not contain data that matches "Today's" date.  The expressions being used looks up today's date in the database period table to bring back the correct fiscal year and fiscal period.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Glynnis,

These are all live/active databases with the current year selected in the Evolution Settings. The problem appeared mid last month with no changes on either the server or the network.

    Hi

I've had a look at the report you emailed us.  As explained, these expressions look for todays date, i.e. 2 April 2020 in the database period table to bring back the correct fiscal year and fiscal period.  When I look at the FiscalYear worksheet, I note that the last period date is Feb 2020 which is why the Settings sheet is not displaying the information for CurrentYear, CurrentPeriod and FiscalPeriod.

You can possibly overcome this issue by manually entering the information in to the respective cells on the Setting sheet, save the workbook to your local drive, close the workbook and then re-open the workbook.

    Hope this helps
