AlchemexWizard - An unexpected error occurred: Empty path name is not legal

Good morning, 

How do I fix this error?  We getting this error when selecting the BIC Tools on a BIC Report.

    Hey

    Try this:

    • Run the canned Report Designer Add-inreport under the Report Designer Add-In folder in Report Manager
    • Access Excel Options, click Add- Instab
    • In the Manage section, select Excel Add-Ins and click Go
    • At the Add-InsWindow, uncheck the Report Designer Add-In 1.0.0 and click
    • Then go back to the Add-InsWindow and select the Report Designer Add-In 1.0.0 and click OK
    • The Task Pane will now appear.
